Welcome to the Will County Recorder's Online Website for accessing
our Digital Imaging System from the convenience of your home or office!
This website is a service provided by the Will County Recorder's
Office as an extension and alternative to our Public Access Terminals
located in the Recorder's Office. With the Recorder's Online Website
you will have access to the full index inquiry for all public documents
and images, including plats, recorded from 1973 to current. Plats
recorded from 1836 to 1972 are recorded by plat book and page only. We
are also pleased to announce that PTAX forms are available from
January, 2004 to current. We are excited about providing this service and
hope that you will find it beneficial and convenient.

ATTENTION SENIORS – If you need a copy of
your deed to establish property tax exemptions, there is NO CHARGE.
Please contact us at
kethridge@willcountyillinois.com, indicating your property address,
pin #, name the title is in, the address you want it mailed, and your
phone number in case there are questions.

USAGE AGREEMENT:
Access to this site is provided as a convenience. In order to
search the public records, you need to create a user ID and
password by clicking below. Searching the document
details is free. If you would like to purchase or
download a copy of a document, there is a nominal fee. In
addition, to offset the costs of providing this service, an
Internet Convenience Fee of $1.25 will be added and displayed
at the time of purchase. If you object to this convenience fee,
you are always welcome to visit our office and search the data
using our internal public access terminals where no convenience
fee is charged and no logon is required.
This site is designed for interactive use by a person; any
attempt to access this site by automated means to "Data Mine"
will result in the revocation of your logon. Data mining can
severely impact the systems performance causing other users to
experience very slow response times.
